What do I need to send for a quote?
Your part drawings (STEP files plus PDF drawings with tolerances) and the bill of materials for the build, with quantities. If something is missing, we’ll ask.
Can I order a single part instead of a kit?
We’re built around complete builds, so we quote per kit. If you need a handful of parts that belong to one assembly, send them together and we’ll quote them as a kit.
What materials and finishes can you do?
Tell us what your drawing calls for. We confirm the material and finish for every part in your quote, and the material comes with mill certificates.
How long does a kit take?
It depends on the parts and quantities. Every quote includes a lead time for the whole kit, so you know the date before you commit.
How does payment work?
50% when you confirm the order and 50% before your kit is dispatched.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Your drawings stay yours and are shared only with the shops making your parts. We’re happy to sign an NDA before you send files.
What does “made outside China” mean?
Every part is machined by our qualified shops outside China, and your documents state the country of origin for each part.
